Brand Value

How do you define brand value?  Start by imagining the world WITHOUT your brand or service.  What is missing?  What will your customers miss?  What about employees and stakeholders?  Ask them.  Interview them.  Collect and assemble all their comments into a beautiful story and the answers and common themes will emerge.  Quality.  Caring.  Fun.  Imagination.  Inspirational.  Themes and reasons-to-believe in your product, brand or service will surface again and again.  Now you're ready to mold these learnings into your brand framework, promises & spirit of your brand and service.
