Change Agent

Ever wonder what sparks Innovation?  New found permanent change?  Problems.  Incredibly hard problems to solve.  These new compelling solutions - will require a change agent.  Someone or some THING that evokes a new path or brand new work process.  A breakthrough insightful method to solve the problem once and for all.  But choosing this path - will unfortunately in the short-term require a failure or at the very least a disappointment.  Change is usually brought about by circumstance or the environment - and this change for the most part is initiated by failure; so go ahead and fail.  Innovators understand their job is to fail - but it is very, very rare that ANYONE in the corporate workforce will allow themselves to fail.  OMG are you kidding me - failure is not an option.  Can you imagine inventors NEVER failing on experiments?  Right.  Find a way to fail safe and very quietly if you must, but embrace that setback as a means for setting a new direction for success.  I've seen it time and time again in youth sports, my children's development AND in my very own professional career.  Disappointment and CHANGE has led to a new path for success.  What brings about disappointment also sets forth a new reason-for-being, a new direction, a new found desire to achieve and overcome a difficult obstacle.  Change Agent.  Find a way to embrace change and re-route your passions and insights in an entirely new direction - and you will find NEW SUCCESS.  Become a change agent and very soon  you will chart a new course to pemanent change and INNOVATION!
