TARGET PRACTICE

Always set TARGETS.  Targets force you & your colleagues to think about ways to accomplish the goal, which is to say, it forces you to work in a problem-solving and business building mode.  This promotes growth by thinking through challenges to hit your mark.  Another great benefit of setting targets is accountability.  No longer are you in a 'maintenance' frame-of-mind, but now someone is accountable for your target.  This helps focus you (& your peeps) on a specific outcome.  Net, targets drive accomplishment.  Always set targets.
