Advertising

Advertising is not an expense, it's an investment.   An investment that needs to be linked to sales.  What is the return on your investment?  Track it.  It's easier than ever to document your ROI from your ad dollars.  Content and placement are the most important factors in your marekting program.  What you say and where you say it, are more important then how many people you say it to.  Invest in understanding this target customer base and measure your ROI and value-add from your marketing & advertising programs.
