Marketing Brand Framework

Is your Marketing/Brand Framework in place?  Have you researched and thought through the Mission and Vision and Promises, Spirt & Values of your business, services and brand?  Make certain this framework is visible for your 'peeps' and that YOU live it everyday.  This foundation should be a visual program you visit and revisit daily as the Marketing Director.  Equally as important - you should be taking steps to bring this to life everyday.  It should be a clear roadmap for all your employees - a clear mission and vision for you - so that it can help drive the culture and daily promises your firm brings to life for your clients.  Finally - question whether or not this document & visual is truly a framework for execution.  Is it driving decision-making and programs?  Can it provide a clear work process that distributes a real leadership to your people?  NET, it should drive speed, agility & capability within your organization.  IF this thinking and framework you author can bring all this to life for your staff - inspire a compelling spirit and vision - then you & your framework are off and running in a fabulous direction!
